From our first meeting with Lucy it was clear that she didn’t take herself too seriously. Understanding that helped us tremendously when she was an hour late getting to the reception. We’re not talking about an hour for pictures — ANOTHER hour on top of that.

Hilary and Cullen – Lowndes Grove Plantation

We were absolutely thrilled when Jeny called to say her daughter Hilary was getting married. We had last seen Hilary at her sister Sarah’s wedding at Boone Hall in ’05. Planning Sarah’s wedding was a joy, but becoming friends with her family was just the best surprise of the year. 

Jeny and Sarah had planned her wedding with us from their home in New England. and if that wasn’t challenging enough, Sarah was finishing her studies at Harvard the entire time!

Fast forward to 2011:

Hilary was working as an editor here in Charleston and her parents had retired and moved to Mount Pleasant. This was going to be a great time.

A Carefree Afternoon at The Citadel Beach House

We first met Jasmine and Erich in our bridal studio and we knew right away they were going to be a great couple to work with. Erich is a recent Citadel graduate so the wedding took place at the Citadel Beach House.  We became friends with Jasmine on Facebook and soon realized we weren’t the only ones who thought she was beautiful and adorable.
